A little about ourselves...

Samskrita Bharati Virginia, is one of the more than 45 Kendrams (centers ) of Samskrita Bharati USA.  Samskrita Bharati USA caters to a community of Samskritam enthusiasts and students in the USA. We are a non-profit run by volunteers who share a love for Samskritam. While most of our students and teachers are from the Indian community, we welcome students from any national or ethnic affiliation. All you need is an urge to learn Samskritam, a commitment towards the heritage that Samskritam is the key to, and above all a sense of dedication.  

Students from Kindergarten to high school, and their parents and other adults may join, enabling the whole family to discover their heritage through the medium of Samskrit.

Registrations for 2025-26 Are Open Now...

Samskrita Bharati, Herndon Kendram is pleased to announce that our 2025-26 registration for Samskritam classes is now open. No previous Samskritam experience is required for new students. Families that already attended classes with Samskrita-kendram last year should register for the appropriate classes to continue Samskritam learning. Use the below link to register. All registrations must be done online. 

NOTE- Registration will close if a class is full. A waiting list will be created for those still interested if classes are full.
